Tom Hines brings decades of management experience to the Decoupage table; he first learned the intricacies of handling complex and complicated, on-the-spot problem solving when he began his career building homes and negotiating with financial institutes.  He has since parlayed his expertise into various positions, including VP of a start-up and project manager for a large sustainable-development company.

He has worked with Decoupage as a producer since 2004, keeping their projects on task and on target, utilizing his management skills to keep the direction of the various moving parts focused on the overall goal.  No matter what is thrown at him, Tom catches it, solves it, and tosses it back for a winning touchdown.
